Mark Montague

MARK MONTAGUE was appointed Vice President of Human Resources August 4th, 2008. Mr. Montague joined the company from Molex, Inc. where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Human Resources

At Molex, Mr. Montague worked closely with the CEO and the Board of Directors, leading the HR function during a period of tremendous growth. Prior to that, Mark spent most of his career with Whirlpool, beginning as a labor relations attorney. He then progressed through various human resource positions, supporting business unit heads on domestic and global issues. He left Whirlpool for four years to work for the consulting group Competitive Human Resource Strategies, Inc., a firm advising Fortune 500 companies on a variety of organizational change initiatives. He began his career as an attorney with the Kansas City law firm, Shughart, Thomson & Kilroy, P.C.

Mark holds a B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from George Washington University.
