CHARLES H. CANNON, JR. has served as the Chairman
of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and President since April 25, 2008. Mr. Cannon served as Senior Vice President of FMC Technologies from February 2001 to April 2008. From 1998, Mr. Cannon served as Vice President and Manager for FMC FoodTech and for Airport Equipment and Services business segments.
Mr. Cannon joined FMC Corporation in 1982 as a Senior Business Planner in the Corporate Development Department. He became Division Manager of FMC Corporation’s Citrus Machinery Division in 1989, Division Manager of its Food Processing Systems Division in 1992 and Vice President and General Manager of FMC FoodTech in 1994. Mr. Cannon serves on the Board of Standex International Corporation.
