Long Operating Life – Expediters are designed for a 15 year or 30,000 hour life. Long operating life is achieved through sophisticated design and analysis including 3D solid modeling, finite element analysis, strain gauge validation, static and dynamic stress analysis, cross functional design reviews, etc.

Ring of Steel Design – All of the Expediters have a heavy steel frame and steel outer bumpers that protect them from the harsh ramp environment.

Corrosion Prevention – We use only the highest quality components and our assembly process includes painting of components prior to assembly to reduce the potential for rusting.

Highest Quality – All of our manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001 certified including facilities in Orlando, Madrid and Juarez.
