Maintenance

One aspect of our Total Cost of Ownership to help keep downtime to a minimum!

Excellent Engine Access – The Commander loaders with swing out power module provide unrestricted access to the engine, hydraulic pump and tank and electrical system. Easy access is also provided to hydraulic manifold and drive components.

Convey System Access – Removable deck plates allow good access to the convey system.

Simple 2-piece HeliRoll® Replacement – HeliRolls® can be replaced easily with no need to remove deck plates, shafts or chains. Replacement can be completed in an hour by simply cutting off the damaged Heliroll® from under the platform and installing a 2-piece replacement kit.

Extensive PLC Monitoring – The PLC monitors over 450 conditions and the maintenance interface allows single point interface for complete control, fault logging with time stamp, status, troubleshooting, easy set up and adjustment, clear review of status inputs/outputs, quick faultfinding and it is multilingual. There is no need for a laptop or other special tools.

Solid Tires – The use of solid tires means no flats, a longer life and no need for nitrogen.

Lower Maintenance Costs – Based on data from customers operating a variety of different loaders, the cost of maintenance per hour of loader operation for the average competitor was 38% to 85% higher than for the Commander loaders (depending on model).
