An important feature of our Total Cost of Ownership is Safety, some of our Safety features are:

Best Structural Design – Our designs exceed industry safety standards and meet real life dynamic loads. We simulate real world ramp conditions during development and testing and perform extensive measurements.

Failsafe Control System – Several examples of our failsafe logic include 2-switch bridge raising, rear platform over travel protection and positive wing actuation.

Minimal Deck Gaps – Manual pallet handling and trip hazards are reduced as a result of minimal deck gaps.

Cargo Fall Protection – The rear platform will not lower in the event that ULDs are resting on the rear bridge stops preventing damage to the ULD and loader. In addition the side and rear guides on the rear platform will automatically raise in the event that the loader loses power.

Maximum Stability – The Commander loaders provide excellent stability with 6 to 8 stabilizers and a parking brake.
