Efficient Convey System – The HeliRoll® convey system is efficient, fast, precise, with no dead spots and single plane operation allowing up to 20% faster aircraft loading. Features such as non-raising elements, instant directional changes, rotation and driven members provide operators with full control of ULDs at all times.

User Friendly Controls – The controls are set up so that operators can perform all necessary operations safely and with minimal movement.

Lower Fuel Consumption – The Commander loaders have larger engines and a load sensing hydraulic system resulting in fuel savings of up to 60% compared to competitors with smaller engines which need to operate at higher RPM more of the time.

Hydrostatic Drive and Braking – The loader has infinitely variable hydraulics, a purpose designed axle and no transmission or clutch. The result is a tight turning radius and smooth, low speed driving, which is very important when approaching an aircraft.

Customized Solutions – In order to meet specific customer operating requirements, we have developed a number of customized solutions including an extension deck, left hand cab, long rear platform, multiple user interlocks…..to name a few.
